In the first episode, we talked about the 4 major reasons why men and women over 40 aren’t able to achieve their health and fitness goals.
In the second episode I taught you the 3 rules you need to follow to start getting results even if you have failed countless times in the past. And if you’re over 40 I bet you failed for decades. LOL
And in this final episode, I’m going to explain the last 2 BODY TRANSFORMATION RULES and what you need to do next to make 2020 your year.

RULE #4: THERE’S NO PERFECT TIME!
- There are two reasons why you don’t have the body you want:
- 1- You’re not following the right strategies to create success.
- 2-You don’t have the right mindset to create success—you might be waiting for the perfect situation to commit to getting your body and health handled.
- Perfectionism isn’t striving for excellence or self-improvement. It’s self-sabotage and a cop-out. Why? Because being perfect doesn’t exist outside of our imagination. It’s an impossible standard.
Old Way:
- “As soon as things settle down, I’ll start exercising and eating better.”
- “Next Monday I’m starting on my diet again.”
- “Tomorrow, I’ll work out hard and make it up for all the days this week that I couldn’t go to the gym.”
- “I’ll put my job, and/or my kids, and/or my partner just one more time, because “this is life” and that’s what women are supposed to do. They sacrifice.”
- This way of thinking leads to stress, frustration, emotional eating (destructive behaviors), weight gain, and health issues.
New Way:
- “No one is coming to save me. No one will workout for me or eat the right things for me. It’s in my power to take responsibility for my behaviors and make the changes that I need in my life.”
- “I’ll commit to ALWAYS doing something—no matter how small—even when I’m super busy. I won’t act on the ‘all-or-nothing’ mindset anymore.”
- “Instead of working hard to make it up for missing workouts, I’ll workout smart and do short and effective workouts that actually fit my busy schedule.”
- “I understand that taking care of my self is the best way to show up for my kids, my partner, and my work.”
- This new way of thinking leads to taking control of your health and your body and it’s the best way to transform your body, upgrade your health and finally live the life you deserve.
RULE #5: INVEST IN MENTORING
- There are new ideas in your head right now that would not have been there if you didn’t make time for listening to this podcasts.

It goes wayyy beyond physical transformation…
Two years ago, I was driving from client to client in Miami Beach.
I was miserable.
I was working long hours on my podcast and using any spare second I could to write content for my social media profiles.

Fast forward Gisele’s dad passed away from cancer, we had a hurricane in Miami, I was having panic attacks and suffering from back pain most of the time. So many other things were going wrong for me.

But, little did I know that I was about to embark on the most amazing and adrenaline-fueled ride of my life.

I spent almost 2 years in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Hong Kong building friendships, networks, businesses and most importantly, reinventing myself.
One of the most potent lessons I learnt from this period of my life was: You must take relentless, determined and MASSIVE action in order to move closer to your goals. And you must find a way to bring balance to your life even if you’re “crazy busy”.
It is very easy to be clouded by the vision of safety and stability, and it’s fair to say I have been caught up in it recently.
