Bill Mcgowan

Bill McGowan, Founder and CEO of Clarity Media Group, is a two-time Emmy Award-winning journalist who has reported over 700 nationally televised stories. Bill now uses that experience to coach clients on how to exude more confidence and command on television and in front of an audience.  Those he has trained include Eli Manning, Sheryl Sandberg, Jack Welch, Mary J. Blige, Thomas Keller, Pat Benetar, Holly Hunter, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Isaac Mizrahi.  He maximizes his clients’ readiness by sharing his knowledge of how the styles and tactics of interviewers differ among various programs and publications.

Bill is also an expert in public speaking and has prepared numerous clients for TED Talks, Matrix Awards acceptance speeches, major university commencement addresses and corporate shareholder meetings.  He is also the author of “Pitch Perfect: How to Say it Right the First Time, Every Time” published by Harper Collins in 2014.
